Born from the belief that sport is a powerful driver of development, EVOSPORT’s mission is to structure and invest in the sports sector as a professional industry that generates growth, opportunities, and lasting impact.
We envision a thriving ecosystem where clubs create value, talent is nurtured as a true asset, and every initiative is seen as a strategic investment.
Through hands-on programs, from coach training and infrastructure modernization to talent discovery and sustainable academies, we work hand in hand with partners to unlock the full potential of sport and position Morocco as a continental benchmark in sports management and innovation.
We never step onto the field without purpose. Every move is anchored in belief—in our mission, our impact, and the people we serve.
We are not in the stands—we are on the field. We work side by side with clubs and communities, where it matters most.
We embody determination and endurance. Even when the road is steep, we push forward—because real transformation requires perseverance and heart.
We scan, adapt, and evolve. With every change of play, we remain responsive, focused, and ready to act.
Like elite athletes, we show discipline and perform with precision. We don’t settle for less—we raise the standard.

More than 2,000 boys and girls aged 12 to 16 are taking part across six cities — Benguerir, Youssoufia, Khouribga, Laâyoune, El Jadida, and Safi
this event brought together the country’s most promising young talents for a unique immersive experience. During three intense days, the participants experienced much more than just a competition. Between selection phases, matches, training sessions, and moments of immersion, the event revealed the potential and ambition of a new generation of Moroccan male and female footballers.
At the end of this experience, eight talents — four boys and four girls — were selected. They will have the opportunity to take part in an exclusive training camp in Spain, as close as possible to the professional football universe, alongside LALIGA.
Far beyond a tournament, the Next Gen Drafts is part of a real pathway toward top-level football, creating concrete bridges between young talent and the demands of the professional world.
At a press conference held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, the National Technical Director, Fathi Jamal, and Ismail Lyoubi, General Manager of Evosport Morocco,
highlighted the strategic role of the National Youth Player Development Program "FOOT'MINE". This initiative is the result of a partnership between the National Technical Directorate (NTD) and Evosport.
Designed as a true structural driver for Moroccan football, FOOT'MINE is part of an ambitious national vision. Its goal is to support young talents from their earliest stages all the way to the highest level, covering both the development phase (ages 13 to 18) and the post-development phase (up to age 21).
Today, the program relies on a network of 15 training centers — set to expand further — and oversees nearly 2,000 players across the Kingdom. It stands as one of the most significant talent nurseries in Morocco, built on a structured organization and close collaboration between the NTD, Evosport, regional leagues, clubs, and federation bodies.
FOOT'MINE stands out through its comprehensive approach, built around three major pillars: technical excellence, performance, and governance. The program also integrates innovative tools, including digital monitoring solutions, a sport-study system, as well as optimal conditions in terms of training, accommodation, and nutrition.
The first results are already becoming visible, with young players signing their first professional contracts. Backed by a unified national methodology and validated by FIFA, FOOT'MINE aims to bring forth a new generation of talents capable of making their mark on both the national and international stage. 🇲🇦⚽️
